Gyoza 餃子

We have THE most amazing pan, thanks dad (edit: and Lyn), and it cooks food beautifully (with almost no oil at all). Not by itself mind you; Atsuko has quite a large part in the super-tasty food made in it… Last night we had home made pork gyoza, my favourite. Today I am looking forward to another perfectly fryed omelette. I am such a lucky boy.
