Perspectives

Well we hardly never post images that we haven’t photographed ourselves but in this case I cannot resist. The John Pawson installation at St Paul’s Cathedral is so beautiful, I urge you to take a peek if you are passing. Normally closed to the public, Wren’s precise, geometric staircase is now home to a simple lens and mirror designed by John Pawson and manufactured by Swarovski. Crisp lines in the architecture seem sharper still reflected in such an artistic way.

I have the exhibition-police for stopping me photgraphing this one but luckily, other were allowed. The images below are the official shots by Gilbert McCarragher for Swarovski. I may have to visit again tonight on the way home, if I can leave in good time.
